Do you ship outside the United States?
We will ship internationally to most countries except Italy. All we ask is that you contact us to make shipping arrangements because shipping costs can vary from country to country.
What is your return policy?
We understand that when you buy things online they may not always be what you were expecting or the product may be slightly damaged. We want you to be able to make a purchase from Wii Fun Store with complete confidence, so we are happy to accept returns. We accept returns on all items so long as you (the buyer) notify us of your intention to return the item within 5 days of receiving it, and pay for the costs of return shipping. When we receive the item back, we will refund your sale price and your original shipping and handling charge. All refunds will be made by US postal money order or PayPal, at the buyer's preference.
How will my order/orders be shipped?
All items will be shipped by U.S. mail. Most items will ship priority mail. Sometimes it is not worth it to ship small items with priority mail, so we reserve the right to omit that service if we choose to. Some items will be shipped with first class mail. If you have questions about how your item will ship - please contact us.
When can I expect my order?
Your order will be shipped within 4 days of cleared payment if you are located within the United States. For international shipping, orders can take from 4 to 6 weeks to arrive.
Which payment methods do you accept?
At this moment, we are accepting Google Checkout and PayPal. You do not have to be a member of PayPal to remit payment. PayPal accepts all major credit cards.
For international items we only accept PayPal.
